Today I got a chance to speak to mental Wellness coach Leks Vucko, A keen woman from Serbia who the discovered the power of the mind through her work in the fitness studio and a trainer. I got a chance to hear her mental wellness journey where she recovered her ability to walk after a hit & run, left her home in Europe to find opportunity in the US, then grew and eventually sold her fitness studio to return back to Europe to focus more on mindset coaching.

On this episode, I had the honor of having to amazing personalities on the show. Sam Kofi-Opata is an CS student by day, but his second 9-5 shift is devoted to growing his rap discography. As Sam's nights conclude Nas Christian's morning begins. The computer engineering student ( Who is also my roommate) manages to split his days between his two passions, running track and engineering tech hardware. Today I'm chatting with Avery Timmons, an aspiring neurologist with a big heart and an even bigger sense of conviction. Avery is also the founder of You Are More, a nonprofit organization designing clothing to not only financially aid those burdened financially in order to accommodate their mental health needs, but is also trying to create a community supporting the need to make mental health a less taboo topic.
